In current conditions, the impact of the coronavirus will cause additional stress and anxiety for many people and therefore we believe that now more than ever, we need to ensure that the mental health and emotional wellbeing of employees is being supported.

We are currently running one-to-one skype consultations to ensure that your employees have an outlet for someone to talk to and share their concerns and worries that the current climate may be causing.  These sessions – as per the in-person ones – are designed to offer your employees some valuable time out in their working day; to talk, to focus on their emotional wellbeing and to take some time out to just be.  We are providing support around change, anxieties and other challenges thrown at us during the pandemic including specialist bereavement support.  There are valuable productivity and positive attitudinal benefits from supporting your staff in this way.  Studies have shown that steps taken towards building positive mental health in the workplace can help with absenteeism, boost office morale, increase motivation and productivity and help with staff retention.

Our team are trained mental health first aiders and come from a wide range of experience within the mental health field.  They work alongside our assistance dogs who receive specialist training from the age of eight weeks.  We are at the forefront of animal assisted interventions in the UK, setting exemplary standards and regulations in the UK.
